+How do I plan for my branding session?

Upon booking, I walk you step by step on how to plan for your branding session.

+Where can I display my branding images?

You may display your images on your online professional profiles such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, Linkedin, Facebook, IG, Twitter, Clubhouse, etc. You may also use our digital files for promotions fliers, pitch decks, and resumes. The opportunities are endless.

+Where does the session take place?

Headshot and Simple brand sessions take place in our studio at located in Jaxon Station, 582 S. Royal St. Jackson, TN 38301. Locations for Fancy branding session will be determined when planning for your session.

+When do I see my photos?

Headshot and simple brand session proofs are available same day. Proofing for Fancy branding session are available withing 4 days of your session.

+Can I include my staff?

Yes, you may automatically include your staff in the Fancy branding experience. Mutliple person discounts are available when booking headshot and simple branding.

+When is the session fee due?

50% of your session package is due upon booking and the balance is due the day before your session.

+What if I am late for my session?

We work on a timed schedule, if you are late, time will be deducted from your scheduled time.

+How long is the process from start to finish?

The process for a custom portrait session can actually take around a 3 - 4 weeks. Here’s a timeline for a typical session:

After your session has been booked expect... 1-3 hours – the session experience. Time will vary per group size. On the day of the session, we preview and order session after your shoot. 3 weeks after – your final order will arrive and packaged for pick up or shipping.
