One day Crystal was live on her Facebook page playing these bowls and the sound was instantly healing to my body! All I could think at that moment was, I need this in my life NOW! This is when I learned Soundbath is a form of sound therapy and meditation where your body is literally bathed in sound. Soundbaths are helpful for resenting the energy in your entire body. It also helps with anxiety, stress, digestion, and memory. Crystal came to town and bathed me and my parents with 7 Chakra tuned crystal singing bowls.
